Jamaican Dog Blood Bush (Rivinia humilis)  has been used by many women to make their time of the month easier. This alkaline electric herb is harvested by hand from untouched wild hills in Jamaica, then air-dried and packaged for you.

How to make the tea.

1. Add 2 - 3 teaspoon of herbs to one cup of hot water.
2. Cover and let steep 3 - 5 minutes
3. Strain and enjoy!
