Jamaican Guaco (Mikania micrantha) has been a trusted remedy in Jamaican homes for generations. Known locally as "Guaco," this climbing herb is prized for its use during seasonal changes — especially spring — when the body benefits most from its natural properties.

Our Guaco is prepared from the stems, sticks, and leaves of the plant, dried and packaged with the same care we put into every Jahno Herbs product.

How to prepare:

Steep 1–2 pieces of Guaco in 2 cups of boiling water for 10–15 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey, lime, or cane sugar to taste. Best enjoyed warm, 1–2 times daily as desired.
