Ingredients

Jamaican Duck Flower - Flor de Pato, Palo Guaco

Directions
1. Soak flower one in fresh spring water for one hour to rehydrate, or you can place in a cup of hot water and soak for 5 - 10 minutes.

2. Consume entire soaked flower, chewing thoroughly. Or you may blend it with 2 tablespoons of water or natural fruit juice and consume.

3. During the course of use, consume adequate amounts of liquid with electrolytes - coconut water is ideal. You MUST rehydrate with water/coconut water 

4. reintroduce simple plant based foods slowly, such as raw fruit or raw veggies.

    This detox was the best thing my body has experienced!! Very intense, suggest drinking plenty of water and maybe fasting the week before to lessen the purge but still intense! My lymph nodes are no longer swollen, the mucus in my chest and throat…gone! Thank you so much for such a powerful form of herbal medicine!!

    This flower almost killed me... I ended up at the emergency room. With anxiety and my pressure went up. I was vomiting swaeting and the runs Never again.
