Jamaican Blue Vervain, (Stachytarpheta jamaicensis) (wildcrafted) harvested from the foothills of the Blue Mountains, is also known as Nervine, porter weed, Vervine in Jamaica. It is a super-herb with all parts of the plant (leaves, roots, and flowers) imparting a wide range of benefits.  A warm infusion of our vervain is great for morning teas or just before bed.

Hot flashes

I think it’s helping my hot flashes.
However, I wish for more leaves than ground power leaves or “ dust “. It makes it harder to strain after brewing.
